Job Description
Responsibilities include delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases/returns and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and standards
• Prepare merchandise for sale following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For: You
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, flexibility in scheduling, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, respond to changes, lift heavy objects with accommodations if needed, and work well with others. Retail experience is preferred.
