Responsibilities

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare bank deposits.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers promptly.
• Utilize sales skills to upsell and cross-sell AAA products and services.
• Process passport photos and issue driving permits as needed.
• Assist in Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services as backup.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience, especially in cash handling.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in navigating websites and computer programs.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Satisfactory background checks and ability to obtain necessary licenses.
