Job summary

VOAMI in Marshall, MI is seeking a full-time Retail Associate to maintain guest services, drive sales, operate the cash register, and support loss prevention, merchandising, pricing and store housekeeping to ensure smooth product flow.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, process transactions accurately, handle stock replenishment, and assist in keeping the selling floor neat and welcoming for shoppers throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and registers.
• Friendly personality with a great attitude.
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest services and provide outstanding guest service.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountabilities at registers.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Constant observation of customers to ensure loss prevention.
