Seasons Corner Market in Warwick, RI is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-energy convenience store. You’ll help guests start their day, stock shelves, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and welcoming throughout your shift.

No prior experience required beyond a positive attitude; must be at least 18. You’ll undergo a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• Must consent to a criminal background check.

• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cash-handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Accurately process transactions while following company cash-handling procedures.
• Assist guests with fuel purchases, lottery transactions, returns, and other store services.
• Promote featured products, rewards programs, and store promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized including counters, shelves, coolers, restrooms, and outdoor areas in all weather conditions.
• Restock merchandise, bag ice, organize displays, empty trash, and complete daily operational tasks.
• Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining accuracy and friendliness.
• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Support overall store operations and assist team members as needed.
