Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers during entry and exit
• Operate and manage the front counter POS system for transactions
• Direct sales associates using the PA system
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Recommend products and suggest add-on sales
• Cash-handling and bagging of merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management and supervision
