Job Location

Store - OMAHA-CENTRAL, NE

Responsibilities

1. Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find products.
2. Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling.
3. Promote and enroll customers in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards.
4. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
5. Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
7. Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
8. Support shrink, safety programs, and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
9. Maintain a positive and respectful interaction with team members and customers.
10. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching.
• Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings, and may involve outdoor work and handling heavy items.
