Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash, credit, and other transactions.
• Scan and process customer purchases quickly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions.
• Direct customers to sales associates for additional assistance.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
• Open and close registers daily, following policy and POS system procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
