Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly manner.

• Handle returns, exchanges and refunds as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
• Count cash drawers at shift start and end to ensure accuracy.
• Track transactions and report discrepancies if any.
• Assist customers with wrapping and packaging requests.
