Qualifications

• Prior retail or cashiering experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, bilingual a plus.
• Familiar with POS systems, cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with shopping needs to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash, credit cards and other payments with accuracy.
• Provide product demonstrations to inform customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain organized displays and stock shelves for an attractive environment.
• Assist with stocking shelves, inventory and product availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues and maintaining phone etiquette for inquiries.
