Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to keep our stores inviting and running smoothly. You’ll handle registers, assist customers, manage cleanliness inside and outside, and restock shelves. Expect weeklies, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Applicants should be 21+, able to pass pre-employment screening, and comfortable working in retail with physical tasks and outdoor elements. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, not required; on-the-job learning offered.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Friendly demeanor, punctuality, and reliability on the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately.
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper verification.
• Upsell products to increase sales when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves and ensure displays look fresh.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and follow safety procedures.
• Be a team player and support store operations as required.
