Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates to keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across the store and surrounding area.

This role requires reliability, a willingness to work varied shifts, and a positive attitude. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, and weekend availability is preferred in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is appreciated, but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe store interior and exterior, including restrooms and lot area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh and full.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed, including deli.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
