Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-ups; assists with upsell opportunities.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with laws for regulated products.
• Provides photo area services, including digital passport photos and promotional print features.
• Assists with web pick-up orders (monitors and fills orders, delivers to customers).
• Maintains store appearance and handles returns, exchanges, refunds, and rain checks as needed.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
