Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping experience through helpfulness, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support team efforts across the store.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
