Job summary

Ace Hardware in Windsor, CO is seeking outgoing, helpful team members to welcome customers and assist with projects. Prior hardware experience is helpful but not required as we provide extensive training.

You will join a locally owned Ace team that values community, offers paid time off, health benefits, and retirement plan options. The role is fast-paced and customer-facing, with light lifting and standing for most shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find items for their project in one trip.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
• Stand for 6 to 8 hours per shift and lift 25–30 lbs.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
