Job Title: Cashier

Location: West Des Moines, IA

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet customers and proactively assist to understand their needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support team efforts across the store as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
