Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through their eagerness to help, product knowledge, high brand standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process customer sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
