Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 an hour.

Retail Cashiers greet customers with a smile and ensure they receive top-notch service on every visit. You spend most of your day operating a register, but there are also tasks such as cleaning, stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to competitive pay, store team members receive perks and discounts such as $.20 off per gallon of fuel and 15% off most merchandise.

Shift: Part-time.

What I'll Do As a Retail Cashier/Customer Service Associate

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them, and invite them back.
• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Suggest purchases to promote store specials.
• Ring up sales, offer discounts/promotions, and follow all policies and laws regarding restricted sales like alcohol and tobacco. Must be of legal age to sell these products.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as needed.
• Clean fast-food area and equipment, stock as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting; reaching; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, or crouching; talking and listening.
• Lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work safely in conditions with heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemicals from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
