Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through helpfulness, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet customers and proactively assist to understand their needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
