Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

1. Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
2. Process sales transactions and returns according to established procedures.
3. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
4. Follow safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
5. Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
6. Support the team across the store as needed.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
