Job summary

Ace Hardware in Griffin, AR is seeking outgoing team members to welcome and assist customers. Training will be provided; cashier experience is helpful but not required. You’ll work in a fast-paced, community-focused environment and help neighbors with their projects.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, ringing up purchases, and guiding shoppers. Expect 6–8 hour shifts with weekend availability; Ace Rewards interaction encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
• Ace Hardware is independently owned and operated; community focus.
• Two-week schedule lead time for work-life balance.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• You'll ring up customers transactions on the registers, ask for Ace Rewards Card, make sure they found everything they were looking for, and thank them for shopping in our store.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• Weekends are required. We are open Monday - Saturday from 8am to 7pm and Sundays from 9-6pm.
