Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient Front-End operations.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs occasionally.
