Job summary

Karsten's Ace Hardware is seeking friendly team members to welcome customers and assist with products. Prior hardware experience is a plus, but training is provided to get you up to speed. You’ll be part of a family-owned store focused on community and going the extra mile for customers.

In this fast-paced, community-centered role, you’ll help neighbors with their projects, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming store environment. We offer benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware is a plus but not required; extensive training provided.
• Customer-focused, friendly attitude and willingness to help.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with finding products and answering questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to help customers complete their projects.
• Collaborate with team to maintain store appearance and efficiency.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
