Job summary

Thatcher's Ace Hardware in Baker City, OR is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers on weekends. Retail cashiers provide fast and friendly service at the register and help with shelves and store appearance.

Prior hardware experience is a plus but not required as we provide extensive training. We’re independently owned and community focused, offering two weeks’ notice for scheduling, an equal-opportunity workplace, and a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Job description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers on weekends. Retail cashiers are responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service at the cash register area. Other responsibilities may include managing shelves and inventory, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness in the store. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

What to expect:
