Avis Budget Group seeks a Retail Car Sales Representative to match customers with their dream vehicle in a one-price model. You’ll handle inventory across all makes, close deals through an Ultimate Test Drive, and provide top-tier service in a fast-paced dealership.

The annual starting salary ranges from $65,000 to $91,000, with geography/market and qualifications affecting pay. High school diploma and a valid license required; travel locally possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work in a fixed-pricing, high-volume dealership model.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with marketing programs, events and promotions.
• Comfort with using social media for offers and promotions.
• Proficiency with mobile and computer applications.
• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service preferred.
• Finance and warranty background preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Greet our customers and make them feel at ease by providing the best car- buying experience

• Determinecustomers’ needs and wants and guide them through their options,showcasingyour in-depth industry and vehicle knowledge

• Manage test drives and handle the write upportionof the sales process

• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate more leads

• Achieve individual sales goals and customer service goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma

• At leastone yearrelated sales experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to travel locally

• Ability to work effectively in a haggle-free, fixed-pricing, high-volume dealership model

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong understanding of marketing programs,eventsand promotions

• Comfort with social media to advertise and market offers

• Proficiencywith various computer applications including mobile applications

• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service(Preferred)

• Previousfinance and warranty background(Preferred)

• Bilingual Spanish/English(Preferred)

The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 - $91,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education,experienceand other qualifications of the successful candidate.
