Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation for individuals and business entities, while building lasting client relationships and delivering proactive tax guidance.

The role emphasizes on-site customer service, community engagement, and cross-selling Intuit services. The position requires residency in the United States, willingness to work in a front-facing retail environment, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year, in a tax practice or retail setting, for compensation.
• General knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor highly desired.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s full financial picture and deliver tax planning guidance and services.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem by identifying opportunities to introduce clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and proactive problem-solving.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and lead local marketing initiatives.
