The Role

We are seeking a Retail Brand Experience Assistant Store Manager for our Georgetown, DC location. This non-exempt, hourly position offers competitive pay ($24.00 - $26.75/hour) plus a monthly bonus. The role requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the atmosphere of our Experience Center and represent the brand at community events.
  • Oversee inventory and ensure retail space is maintained.
  • Support store operations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Engage in digital sales activities via chat, phone, and virtual appointments.
  • Lead team in delivering exceptional customer service and manage staff in the absence of a store manager.
  • Train staff, monitor KPIs, and provide performance feedback.
  • Assist with scheduling, team development, and implementing operational improvements.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year retail or equivalent management experience.
  • Proficiency with Mac and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Comfortable with phone and video appointments.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for sustainability and brand values.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand all day.
