Old Navy is part of Gap Inc. and is seeking a Full-time Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform and inspire shoppers, using omni-channel tools to deliver a best-in-class experience and drive loyalty.

You will collaborate with store leadership to meet goals, handle daily operations, and support various areas of the store while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment for all customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on the sales floor.
• Comfort with omni‑channel sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
