Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers with excellent service, product knowledge, and omnichannel engagement. You’ll educate, inform, and wardrobe customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience across channels.

The role requires strong communication, a retail mindset, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a willingness to learn new technology.

Qualifications

Be a good communicator with the ability to interact with customers and teams.
Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solver who learns and takes action from feedback.
Be at least 16 years of age.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Not require visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
Willing to learn and use technology tools and registers.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to stand, walk, move, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and provide excellent service to build brand loyalty.
Educate customers about loyalty programs and product knowledge.
Drive sales with suggestive selling and omnichannel engagement.
Support store operations across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues.
