Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce loyalty programs and brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members in completing tasks.
