Qualifications

• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to assist their shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members as needed.
