Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote the brand as an ambassador and ensure actions align with our mission and values.
• Deliver the retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide genuine connections by delivering engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences, while telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is displayed properly.
• Engage with the team, contributing positively and collaboratively each day.
• Participate in performance and talent management processes with a growth mindset.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and safety, and adhering to all policies.
• Work as a team to achieve/exceed store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
