THE TEAM

The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $35.00 - $46.00 USD per hour. Aritzia's Everyday Luxury compensation package goes beyond the base salary with endless growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
