Your CAL Ranch stores in Oregon are looking for a Bench Manager who can quickly transition into a retail store manager position in a short period of time.

• Candidates must be able to relocate to a training store in either Oregon, Washington Utah, Nevada or Arizona and must be willing to relocate to another store when training is complete.

We have 55 locations across 6 states

• atleast five years of retail management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong background in agriculture
