Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group settings and one-on-one.
• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall performance as part of the sales-directing team.
• Own the sales floor and execute daily operations to create the Oasis for customers.
• Lead by example and coach stylists to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Recruiting and developing talent, building a broad network to maintain a strong talent pool.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and retention efforts in collaboration with the Store Manager.
