Responsibilities include consulting with customers on safe tanning practices, maintaining a clean salon, and performing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in retail or customer service. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
