A leading tanning salon company in Greenwood, Indiana is seeking a passionate part-time Beauty Consultant. This role offers a vibrant work environment with opportunities to earn between $12-14 per hour plus commissions. Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in retail/customer service environment

Education

High school diploma, or equivalent
