You will build relationships, promote promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and process transactions efficiently while upholding Sally Beauty values in a dynamic retail environment with varied hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales events.
