Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Santa Fe Cerrillos is seeking a Universal Banker to combine teller, personal banking, and customer service to help clients meet financial goals. You will process transactions, open and update accounts, and pursue new business opportunities with current and potential customers.

Training will be provided; banking experience is a plus but not required. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week, excellent benefits, PTO, incentive pay, and a supportive team culture

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash Handling experience is a MUST.
• Customer Service experience is a MUST.
• Banking experience is a plus but not required— training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Perform teller duties including cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
• Ability to focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meets/exceeds sales and referral goals and meets/exceeds individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.
