Job Summary

The Director – Retail Banking Analytics Products will lead the development and delivery of analytics solutions for retail banking clients, focusing on improving decision-making, operational efficiency, personalized engagement, digital experience, and innovation within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Product Strategy: Develop strategies aligned with company goals, identify industry trends, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Requirements Development: Conduct market research, prioritize features, and define user stories.
• Sales Support: Stay current on industry trends, participate in conferences, and educate sales teams.
• Program Oversight: Coordinate with engineering teams, monitor progress, and manage risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in banking with knowledge of operations, campaign management, digital experience, and regulations.
• 5+ years in technology product management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, data science, or related field.
• Proven success in delivering complex projects and excellent communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, Power BI.
