Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying and recommending bank products and services to customers
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance
• Address customer inquiries with a positive, engaging approach using Woodforest training guidelines
