You will grow assets, deepen client relationships, and guide clients to digital platforms while coordinating with Financial Advisors and specialists to meet sales and service targets in a dynamic community-focused role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in financial services.
• Licensing required within 120 days of start date.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, pricing and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors for complex needs.
• Acquire new assets and deepen existing relationships.
• Promote digital platform adoption and client education.
• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with community and centers of influence to generate prospects.
• Support client onboarding and service delivery in a compliant manner.
• Maintain product knowledge and regulatory compliance.
