• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Use problem solving to address customer inquiries in line with Woodforest training.
