Pay Details: $22.50 - $29.00 USD

Responsibilities include:
  • Proficient in products, services, and transactions to educate customers and refer to appropriate team members.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships through active listening and tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools for proactive assessment and outbound sales activities.
  • Resolve customer issues independently and escalate when necessary.
  • Engage in customer outreach and facilitate loan applications, maintaining NMLS registration.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, or equivalent (volunteering, education, military).
  • Teller experience preferred; must complete teller training upon hire.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.
Customer and Shareholder Accountabilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service, act as a customer advocate, and promote self-service options.
  • Ensure operational compliance and support risk management policies.
Team and Employee Responsibilities:
  • Participate in team activities, ongoing training, and development.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment and act as a brand ambassador.
Additional Information:
  • Position requires compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including the SAFE Act and BSA regulations.
  • Physical requirements involve frequent sitting, standing, and manual tasks; occasional travel.
