Position Responsibilities Demonstrate effective relationship building
skills by increasing deposit solutions, proactively identifying customer
needs, and generating interest in relevant solutions and services
through referrals. Perform transactions in accordance with Bank policies
and procedures with a high degree of accuracy. Provide a friendly, yet
professional level of customer service to both external and internal
customers. Perform all aspect of teller transactions including checking
and savings transactions, loan payments, account inquiries and research,
issue official checks and money orders. Check night depository bags and
record proper information on the financial institutions forms. Perform
duties necessary to service Safe Deposit Boxes. May be required to
perform the daily balancing of the coin machine. Efficiently and
accurately perform end of day teller balancing and resolving any
discrepancies found. Ensure the office and workstations are prepared for
the workday. Always represent the Bank in a professional manner and

Supervisor. Position Qualifications High School Diploma. Preferred Prior
customer service experience. Excellent organizational and communication
skills. Proficient computer knowledge & ability (Windows, Word, Excel).
High level of attention to detail. Positive attitude with emphasis on
high quality customer service. Physical & Environmental Aspects Must be
able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Work is normally
performed in an office environment with frequent travel to customer
locations. May operate office equipment necessary to perform job
function. Personal use of vehicle for client sales visits with
customers, possibly in their place of residence.
