Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Kahului, HI, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring for an associate role focused on delivering a positive customer experience and efficient stock replenishment.

You will contribute to merchandising execution, backroom organization, and adherence to safety standards while developing your leadership and teamwork skills in a dynamic off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and supports store goals.
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising processes.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment flow.
• Complies with safety, labor laws, and company policies.
