Job summary

Goodwill of WNY seeks a Retail Backroom Production Associate in Clarence/Buffalo, NY. You will help sort donations, price items, and support daily production goals in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs, reliability, and a collaborative spirit as you move donations to the floor, stock, and displays while maintaining clean, safe work areas. Orientation in Buffalo is provided for full-time hires.

Compensation

• $16-17.00/hour based on experience, skills, and education
