You may cross-train across store areas to support business needs and uphold merchandising and loss-prevention standards.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and procedures.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store safety and loss-prevention programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned and participates in store recovery as needed.
