As a Backroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized backroom. You will also train and mentor associates, promote a positive customer experience, and support store safety and shrink reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing
• Train and mentor team members on merchandising and processing
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured
• Maintain organizational standards and store cleanliness
• Support safety and recycling programs
• Communicate effectively with management and team members

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
• Team player with leadership experience in retail
• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
