Job summary

Infojini Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead delivery practices for Item Management Technology initiatives within a retail technology environment.

This role partners with Product Managers, Engineers, Quality Engineers and Merchandising teams to ensure the successful delivery of business value through Scrum and Agile principles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/CS/Business.
• 7+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience supporting technology delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting retail, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, or master data management systems.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help teams mature in Agile adoption.
• Promote servant leadership and empower teams to self-organize and deliver predictable outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy backlog that is prioritized, refined, and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, and delivery commitments.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact productivity and delivery timelines.
• Drive transparency through Agile metrics and reporting, including velocity, sprint burndown, say/do ratio, cycle time, and team health metrics.
• Support PI Planning, quarterly planning, and roadmap execution when operating within a scaled Agile environment.
• Support delivery of technology solutions related to: Item Master Data Management, Product Information Management (PIM), Item Onboarding and Maintenance, Product Hierarchy and Classification.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
• Provide regular status updates and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately.
• Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Support release planning and coordination across multiple technology teams.
• Analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Lead retrospectives that drive actionable improvements.
• Implement Agile best practices, tools, and techniques that improve predictability and quality.
• Mentor team members and support Agile transformation initiatives
