Actalent in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Drafter to produce accurate construction documents for existing and new retail stores using AutoCAD. You'll work with a small planning team and a remote manager, logging plans in Excel and delivering high-quality architectural and interior design drawings.

Ideal candidates have AutoCAD proficiency, at least 6 months drafting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise drawings while meeting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to create construction documents.
• At least 6 months of drafting experience through school projects or internships (preferred).
• Strong drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate architectural and interior design concepts into technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel to log and track plans and project data.
• Able to work in a small team and communicate with a remote manager.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed construction documents for stores using AutoCAD.
• Translate design concepts into precise drawings.
• Log, track, and maintain plans in MS Excel.
• Collaborate with planners to ensure consistency across drawings.
• Apply drafting standards and best practices.
